IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: The end of the movie, after Esther's death.
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Esther is a small person, not quite five feet tall. She's pale with dark eyes and hair, and is never seen in public without her trademark ribbons worn around her wrists and neck. She speaks perfect English with an Eastern European accent, dresses in clothes that appear straight out of the Victorian era, and smells of soap and powder.
•DEMEANOR: In public Esther is nearly always the very picture of politeness. Her more dangerous side comes out only if she wants something from you or you anger her.
•ABILITIES: Esther's a phenomenal liar, actress, and manipulator. She's also multilingual, speaking Estonian, English, Russian, and American Sign Language.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: The biggest thing is that she suffers from hypopituitarism, leading to her size. She does have a mature body underneath all her makeup and bindings, but as she is infertile she doesn't believe this "counts".
•CABIN INFORMATION: The door to cabin 3-14 looks like a regular white bedroom door. Inside, it's bright and feminine: her canopied bed is scattered with stuffed animals, books and toys line the shelves and and decorate the dresser, and an aquarium sits on a bookshelf next to the door. She has decorated the walls with her own artwork.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Teasing, touching her ribbons, rejection.
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Clairvoyance, dream manipulation, mind-control, etc are fine, but if you want to use telepathy please check with me first.
•MIMICRY: Go for it!
•VIOLENCE: Esther isn't likely to physically fight, as she is so small. If necessary she will but if she feels violence is in order she will usually inflict it while her victim is surprised.
•MAGIC: Pull Esther out of a hat like a bunny!
•DEBATE: Go for it. She's a surprisingly good debator for a nine-year-old.
•OTHER / NOTES: If possible I would like to keep Esther's real identity secret for a while, at least until she's assigned a warden. Therefore I'd like to ask no one reads her mind or discovers her disguise until she's established on the Barge.
